Christmas Event on St John's Hill - Thursday 17th December from 4pm!

The traders of St John's Hill invite you to join them for the first Christmas party event, to be held all along the street, from 4pm til late on Thursday 17th December. Enjoy some festive fun, food and drink, plus lots of fantastic seasonal offers, from the businesses along your street! This event will offer lots of fun activities for all the family, including such traditional favourites as hot chestnuts, Christmas pudding and minced pies, plus festive games such as the Santa Sprint! Many traders will have special offers and lots of shops will stay open late - this will be a fantastic time to do some Christmas shopping! Children may visit Santa in his grotto at St John's House and later in the same venue, an OomPah band will play from 8.30pm. Get yourself ready for the party with a free instant up-do and mini-makeover, a spray tan or perhaps some face painting. In the evening there will be LIVE music along the pavements, including a gospel choir and carol singers. There will be a selection of stalls and several shops will be hosting a one-day sale. Dog owners should rendezvous with their woofs for free canine treats and fund-raising for the Battersea Dogs Home.
